Next-Space has partnered with HMRL for operation & maintenance of Metro Stations, streetscaping in serviceable areas i.e., sidewalks, intermediate footpaths, plazas, landscaping and related infrastructure of the Metro Stations at road level. Next-Spaces has entered into Agreement to develop, operate and maintain; licensed areas in 22 L&T Metro Stations along with 4 Prime Real Estate spaces. Next-Spaces is entitled to allow the use of these developed areas to various tenants on an agreement for running their businesses and to exhibit promotional content at bus shelters, kiosks and other licensed areas.
